Our immigration physical process:

Two visits are required.

First Visit - Initial Consultation - The visit is for one hour, and the price is $150 per patient.  The Doctor will give you the orders for the required laboratory testing and the required vaccines. 

The Doctor will explain the process to you.  You will schedule a follow up appointment in 2 weeks for your physical.

We recommend that you bring all your vaccination and laboratory results that you have done in the past, for the Doctor to review.

 Second Visit- Physical and Mental health examination: Completion of Form I-693

The duration of this visit is also 1 hour, it cost $200 per person.

During this visit, the doctor will examine you, review your laboratory and x-ray results, and fill out your I-693 immigration form.  The form will be printed and signed by you and the doctor, then sealed to be open only by the immigration office.

Each visit required a payment prior to scheduling your appointment.
